Anyone has the leasing number on a QV and don't mind sharing it?

It's so strange that I am willing to move now on a QV but I just can't seem to find one...
43 @36 15k 3% bump on 10k. Messing w/ other banks tomorrow. Difficulty finding is not unusual, I could move 15-20 tomorrow if I could get them. Let me know what you want and I'll see what's available nationwide, I can view what's in transit as well as in stock.

43% or 43k residual? and is that through FCA?

Thanks.. DANEARFOM..
Think they will update some software and this will be made possible in the future?
For some reason this little thing is the only thing that has really annoyed me so far.... Haha.

That should be pretty close to accurate. Ti lease is pretty good. I'll check though, can't remember exacts off hand.

Madfast 43% and yes. There are some variables such as tax credits and I think the 39 month is the way to go. Working on finding the best combo/bank.

Toto- if the system can warn and make a noise for speed it has that basic ability but it only beeps in conjunction with the blinker so it may require a infotainment and bcm update which can be done at the same time but may prolong development a bit.

Ericvonha - I'm a bit technically challenged on forum operation so I don't know how to make that a mention but I brought up the oil temp/boost gauge to my trainer so hopefully that function comes via update at some point.

HAHA that QV Lease is a joke if its real Its actually retail pricing on the car when you calculate it lol.
It is absolutely real. The 36 month residual is only 43%. SO stupid of Alfa. They need to pump volume, and getting plenty on the road is the best way to build buzz not spending $35MM on commercials only to turn people off when they try to buy/lease the car at a reasonable price.

The Guilia QV I looked at priced out $500/month higher than my much better equipped loaded BMW M3. I think the Alfa is hot looking, but let's call a spade a spade. The actual ownership experience is going to suck being an Italian car. For a company selling only 52 cars/month total, they will learn very quickly how to actually launch a car like the Germans...the standard of the world.

All good. Thanks for mentioning it. The more requests corporate receives, the more likely they are to make a boost gauge software update, etc.

I have a little spreadsheet I use to build lease deals and calculate the true monthly rent and tax. I take it with me on a laptop when it's time to actually do the deal. It's very easy in the emotion and excitement of getting a new car to lose control of the numbers and just throw yourself on the mercy of the sales guy and F&I guy. The spreadsheet lets you play with various what-if scenarios and see how the changes affect your payment and cash at closing. Dealerships don't love it but they're generally cooperative.

It's here if anyone wants to download it:

www.carbuyingsite.wordpress.com

As previously mentioned, you need the residual for your desired mileage (10/12/15k), the Money Factor, MSRP, any discount, trunk money etc, your state sales tax, the amount of the dealer fee and acquisition fee. If you're trading in or returning another lease early you'll need the payoff and the trade value.

It's impossible to know whether or not a dealer is offering you a good deal based only on the quoted monthly payment and down payment.

I'd love to talk to you about some questions I have re the spreadsheet before I go to the dealer when I buy my Giulia. The article you provided was outstanding.

A really good site for getting a good education on leasing is Leasehackr.com For what its' worth I looked at leasing the Giulia, but residuals are really low and without any big dealer incentives it wasn't that compelling. Made more sense to buy for me..

Longer term, if Alfa wants this to be a volume car the leases will have to improve, as the luxury sedan market is driven by leases to self employed and business types.. BMW moves tens of thousands of units this way..

A good rule of thumb for a "good" lease is 1% of MSRP as the monthly payment with zero down.. to achieve this the car needs a residual above 60% and a dealer/factory discount of 7% plus off of MSRP..

Looks like AR is getting more aggressive and attempting to rope in more folks. New conquest bonus cash allowance came out yesterday/today? It is now $2,750, before it was $750.

I ALMOST didn't get the bonus. I signed paperwork yesterday for my Alfa and luckily the manager and sales associate was nice enough to rework the paperwork and have me resign the new agreement after the fact that I already left the building.

FCA Employee Here!!

I am an FCA employee (and have been for 11+ years) and have never received such an Amazing Employee Discount, in those 11+ years, as I received on my brand new Giulia!! I would have never been able to afford this $51k-$52k sticker price automobile without it -- Along with a couple other offers that FCA is offering on leases right now (and a lil haggling on my part) I am now the proud owner of this unique/awesome/gorgeous '17 Giulia Ti Q4 (that is absolutely LOADED)!! You know what you need to do to get the exact numbers for a certain car you want to get into... visit a dealership and just ask some questions! You never know......??

Guys, ask your Dealer for the "Conquest" discount offered by Alfa Romeo. It's supposed to be for those driving non FCA cars to give them incentive to get into an Alfa. My dealer got this for me even though i traded in my Fiat! Because we had another car (a Mercedes) in the household registered to my home address they still got me Conquest incentive, it took $3,500 off the MSRP...pretty awesome
