I can figure up a lease for you. Just PM me how much down and what term, also where you live for appropriate taxes. Also for anyone wanting to lease, anything over 39 months loses the incentivised money factor and kicks the payment up.

Unfortunately as a new user I cannot PM you. I put money down to hold a Guilia AWD Alfa Red with the following
Sport int pck
Sport appear pkg
Cold weather pkg
8.8 radio w Bluetooth
MSRP of $44,040....can purchase for this amount minus $750 conquest discount - since I have an existing lease in household

quoted $639 for 39 mo lease with 12k miles per yr, 1st pay and taxes down, this seems high since there appears to be a $1000 lease incentive. ...don't know money factor, residual, etc. would like to put some money down and pay around $550 per month
Live in Suffolk County, NY. U can PM me if possible

Per what I just worked up that is quite high. PMing details.

I agree it is a bit high. I TEST drove a TI today. Was very impressed. DYNAMIC mode had some kick to it. I've never owned a BMW or benz, but i loved this. Looking at website and leasing quotes, also feel it is a bit high. wondering what money factor and residual value will be....

The MSRP of my Ti was like 49850 or so. Traded in my old Audi A4 for 4K, put a couple k down, 10k miles a year, 36 months and mine is 499 a month, and I feel I may have been able to get that a little lower if I felt like haggling. Yours seems very high.

Quick math:

$50k minus $4k Audi minus $2k down payment = $44k

$44K minus (36 months x $499mo) = $26k

Throw the money factor at it and the car is roughly targeted for a 50% loss of value over 3 years and 30k miles.

Average residual of somewhere between $26k and $30k is my guess. How'd I do?

Leased my Giulia TI.
MSRP was 49750 or so.
Put down 5000 or so..
Comes out to 686 with taxes and all. Think taxes and fees in Ga comes out to $120 or so a month.
Did 15,000 miles 39 months.

Took forever though as mine was first lease they did!!! They also sold two TI's right before i got there. Maserati dealership said this was the busiest day they have ever had with customers coming in, and they said they were all there to see and test drive Giulias...

By time i was leaving 2.5 hours later (had to wait for sales people to close prior deals and test drive) it was dark and i was headed home!
Love my car.... Got pulled over by a cop, not for speeding but he wanted to know what i was driving. Car is gorgeous and handles incredibly well!

Does anyone have current residual value and money factor figures on a 36/39 month lease?
I should probably add that ideally I would be looking for something like this (built on the AR site):
Giulia Ti RWD
Ti 19" sport pkg
Ti performance pkg
Driver's assistance static pkg
Sunroof (could take it or leave it, but i imagine it'd be easier to find one with)
Sticker $45,440
