Maybe 400 crank with WMI, but that may be pushing it based on kozaks hybrid setup.
I'll be running a Catless downpipe, as well as watermeth.

My hybrid tubo wont be the same as Kozak's, the Shop is looking at using a custom wheel that's a bit more spicier than the RS wheel.
I'll have more information on the turbo specs next week.

Do you happen to know if map 3 is set up on the JB4 for the 2.0l?

On the QV it says its for e30 fuel and does more boost over stock.

It is but forget e30 or racegas for the jb4. Alfas timing is too low on the 2.0l for any jb4 maps to take advantage. You'll need to make a custom map for it to work well anyways

I was wondering about that.

Has anyone played with custom maps yet? Im guessing I should be able to run around the equivalency of a e30 tune with 93*+ water meth

Ive made several custom maps...

Hot weather road course map...

Cool weather road course map...

114474

But jb4 is not going to allow you to take advantage of higher octane than 93.

For that youll need a racegas / e30 tune

Ah, I'm not looking to run racegas or e30, I was just looking if there was a tune for it in the JB4.

Whats the difference between your Hot weather map vs Map2?

Map 2 is more aggressive on top end.

I use less agrressive top end map for hot weather because the turbo is already making more boost in hot weather than it does in cold weather trying to meet torque targets in the ecu. If you ask too much from it in hot weather you run the risk of faults

I just tried out your Hot weather settings, there's most certainly less power up top. Down low feels really good though, might be one of the best launches ive had.

Lol yeah try the cold weather one. Its still tame up top but torque is a monster

Can that jb4 be used to run 100% methanol? Might be worth it to get more power when you spray. Of course will be more maintenance
100% meth is probably not the best idea for my application.

I'm in Fort Wayne Indiana we could have a racetrack day lol
Hey, your not far at all! Thats only like a two hour drive from me. To bad there's nothing in wapakoneta as its the mid way point between us.

I don't mind driving we are pretty close so not an issue for me, I wish more alfa guys lived around our area.

Races and meet up’s are more effective to build the brand that anything Alfa is doing. That’s for sure. Alfa YT content is lame. All talking and no racing. More race videos the better imo. Especially modded cars

Until last month, I had never even heard of Alfa Romeo.

I'm a huge auto enthusiast and Ive owned well over a dozen sports cars. I swear Alfa Romeo does zero advertising 🤷‍♂️

It’s definitely not a car that many people think about when it comes to racing or performance even though it has a century of racing heritage. Not many younger under 50 guys own or racing them. Once the turbos on 2.9 and 2.0 get sorted out. It should take off. I’ll be done in a few weeks. Hopefully you are too. It’s a rabbit hole. Wish you the best. Even if you don’t hit 400whp I think even hitting 340-350whp will make that car formidable. 400 is gonna be tough. 400 Bhp it’s possible. Merc hit 200hp per liter so there’s hope. Let it rip.
