Anyone sprayed the underneath of their cars with Waxoyl or similar? I had it on my RX7 and was told recently my SUV is rusted underneath despite being a 2011 (it does sit outside until the garage is being built)

Was reading their website (https://www.waxoyl-usa.com and it seems simple to do yourself. There are a couple of application centers and hour from me but wondering anyone's experience of doing it themselves as that'll be yet another reason to install my lift?

I had it done on my new frame rails on the Miata. That was over epoxy primer and black frame paint. Good stuff, but our bonehead landscaper for the city blasted the wet leaves and crud off the lawn unto all our cars parked in the lot at work. Then he also left the piles of crap under the cars. I found mulch and leaves and other crud all through my engine bay and windshield plenum. The new waxoil on the rails had a nice layer of grit plastered into it from his lack of consideration.

it's 9 out of ten times it's someone else messing up your car :)

Did you find a decent local place off the website or you knew someone? I don't know crapola about the local places that do it

John's Autobody and Frame Shop, Dedham, MA. Look for a fame shop and they should be able to do it. He will do the rockers when I scrape together the cash (cough) after my Giulia winter set ;)
