Forget the $37.00 price offering by a notable Alfa Romeo parts supplier...using the AC/Delco General Motors part number 964 84 304 you can have the Amazon Prime process ship the relay to you in one day..no extra charge. Keep it in your glove compartment and swap it out in the event of a no-start situation. It gets beaten up by the foolish Start-Stop characteristics built into each car for allegedly noble "fuel saving" motives... The use of this feature shortens the life of the starter relay AND the starter over a long period of time. Very false economy. There were 12 left as of this writing with more coming. Is on national back order from Auto Zone, for example. It is $10.87 shipped instead of $37.00 plus costly shipping charges elsewhere. It is a common relay that handles many things on modern cars.
Original Stellantis part number (all made in Korea) is 0610 6093-AA-001.. I wish to thank John Montgomery for his extra effort to steer us to this AC/Delco part number

So 06106092AA? Probably costs the company something like $0.50 in bulk.

Thanks for the

Appreciate you posting here. Is the starter relay replacement easy to do on on a 2.0? Asking because I have seen several posts mention how easy it is, but I could never figure out a way to access the relay behind the passenger headlight.
What's the best way to get to the starter relay switch?

I just replaced mine - it's harder than it looks, but by no means difficult. I wasn't able to access it through the access panel. I took off the front right wheel, then undid about a dozen screws that hold the fender liner in. Once they were removed, I just pulled it back. From there, you can just reach your hand up in there and pull out the relay box. It then opens up to access the relay itself. There are three relay boxes in there and it is the one furthest from the outside of the fender. Once replaced, it just slides over and down the clip it was originally attached to.

It took me about 45min in total to replace the item, including removing the tire and the fender liner.

The old relay is dirt cheap now...

The current relay is 6106094AA and is not on Amazon for 10 bucks

It's actually $39.00 :p

006106094AA (new version). You don't have to use it.

6106093AA (old version- still works fine especially with S/S deactivator):

Prices set by FCA. Significant increase on this new relay by them.

It's definitely an option. I also have old Relay available $9.00. which is the same as the OEM GM one.

If using start/stop deactivator you lesson the failure on these anyway.

^ This right here. Mine started failing and I would get a code that the relay was going bad that I had to constantly clear with my JB4. I went ahead and ordered the new version and the deactivator from Alfissimo and installed both when they arrived. Problem solved.

Due to the low cost of the part - I just went ahead and got the new version. $30 in the grand scheme of things isn't very much over the long run.
