Hey @John4C, I have a MY '22 Stelvio Veloce with the 21" rims. I'm saving up for a set of either the Gabriella or Stefania (I'm torn) as I like the more aggressive look compared to the stock 5 holes that it came with. The window sticker lists the wheel color as "gloss black," and online they're sometimes described as "black metallic," but in actuality they are not black. The good folks over at stelvioforums claim the actual paint code is Dark Miron (886/A). I'm not sure how my wheels compare to the dark 5 hole wheels from previous model years... Are you familiar with them (I've attached a stock picture), and is the brushed double gunmetal finish the closest, or would you recommend a different finish if I want to keep the color as close to stock as possible?
Hey @darrylzuk — you nailed it. The OEM 21″ wheels are painted Dark Miron (paint code 886/A), which shows up as a very dark metallic rather than flat black. The Brushed Double Gunmetal (Gloss) shares a similar tone, but because it’s brushed, it gives a whole different texture and visual depth — more “tool‑machined” versus the smooth factory finish.

If you’re after an even closer visual match in tone — without the brushing — the Extra Dark Gunmetal Gloss finish would be your best bet.

I’ll PM you with a side-by-side comparison and more on Gabriella vs. Stefania to help you decide.

Thanks,
John

I posted this in another thread so exuse the copy paste but I figured it was appropriate to put here as well.

General Update:

I haven't been posting as much on here lately but will ramp back up soon. I have some really exciting things happening with better lead times, new finishes, etc. and am excited to announce them to the community.

I am at the factory right now (again - I go a lot if anyone is paying attention). For those who know me, you’ll know I love this work. I follow a kaizen model (something rooted in my prior life)—continual improvement through hands-on involvement. These trips let me raise the bar on quality, which usually takes a few months to operationalize. By the time that cycle completes, I’m back again for the next round of improvements.

That’s a big reason why so many of my repeat customers say their second (or third… or fifth) set is even better than the first. There’s nothing more gratifying than hearing a returning customer say the new set arrived faster and looks even sharper. That’s what I aim for: to be the last wheel company you ever need. And based on my repeat order rate, that’s exactly what’s happening for a lot of folks.

Note on lead times - painted wheels have been consistently hitting 8 weeks total and brushed is in the 10-11 range with processes in place to get that to 9-10 (this is going to be true for all orders after this trip - it already is for some but I had been transitioning certain things so some were still at the old, ~12 week lead time).

Anyways. I am always happy to help anyone work through what's best for their setup so don't hesitate to reach out if you're interested in a set of BSPK Forged wheels :)
