First off, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank this community for the amazing support in 2023. It’s been a pleasure bringing to market a high quality, forged product to the community which I have been a part of for the past eight years.

I created BSPK Forged with one goal in mind: make the best-looking, highest quality wheels, at the best prices possible. It is with tremendous gratitude that I thank the Alfa community for supporting that goal. 2023 saw BSPK grow tremendously as a company, overcome production challenges, and emerge stronger. In 2023 we created hundreds of satisfied customers and we now have well over 1,000 wheels rolling on roads and tracks around the world. Our safety record is unblemished, with ZERO bent wheels to date, even in instances where cars totaled in collisions (no fault of the wheels obviously).

Every single wheel we make is custom tailored to you and your vehicle, including your preference of ride height, stance, aggressiveness on offset, etc. I work with you one on one to custom tailor a wheel that you will love and be proud to run on your car.

For those that may be less familiar, a bit about who we are and our products:

✅ Industry Leading Materials and Process: Wheels are fully forged 6061-T6 Aluminum utilizing a 12k ton process.

✅ Emphasis on Engineering: Candidly, the difference between a high-quality wheel and a low-quality wheel is the quality of the engineering, the quality of the material, and the quality of the finish. Our wheels are designed and engineered collaboratively by US and overseas based engineers. Final inspection and simulations are performed independently in the US. Each fitment is engineered to maximize strength, weight, and concavity, though we never reduce load ratings below JWL levels (at a minimum, often we will utilize higher load ratings).

✅ Lightweight: While every fitment will vary, our wheels are engineered to be as light as possible without compromising strength. You will find our wheels are generally several pounds lighter than stock (though this varies by application and wheel design). Due to our focus on engineering outlined above, we are able to achieve higher load ratings, yet similar weights to wheels produced at a lower load rating, thus making a stronger wheel at the same weight.

✅ Warrantied: All BSPK Forged wheels carry a 3-year structural and 1 year finishing warranty against structural defects.

✅ Fitment Customization: Our wheels are 100% customizable. One of the biggest challenges I found as an enthusiast looking to wheels is being asked to select one fitment and one of a small number of finishes. That’s exactly what BSPK is not. We can make wheels in any size or offset.

✅ Finish Customization: Your car should be an expression of your individuality. We have dozens of finishes for you to choose from. Our finished range from simple painted finished (similar to OEM) to exotic brushed and polished finished usually only seen on wheels costing 5x the cost. Note that all wheels are powder coated for corrosion resistance in addition to the final finish.

✅ Safety: All BSPK Forged wheels are manufactured in a TUV certified factory and undergo actual JWL/VIA testing on VIA installed and certified equipment. Unlike most manufacturers, BSPK goes the extra mile to perform the physical impact and fatigue testing, in addition to the standard FEA simulations.

✅ Wheels for Any Vehicle: While BSPK was borne out of the Alfa Romeo community, we are able to offer wheels for any vehicle. If you have another vehicle or a friend who is looking for wheels, we would be happy to help.

✅ Best Pricing: Despite doing this for about 18 months now and having numerous imitators come to market, we still have the best price. For simple reference (note prices are approximate and can change based on shipping rates):
  • 17”/18” Staggered sets start at $1,785
  • 18”/19” Staggered sets start at $1,900
  • 19”/20” Staggered sets start at $2,025
  • 18” sets start at $1,850
  • 19” sets start at $1,985
  • 20” sets start at $2,115
  • 21” sets start at $2,250
Note all prices reflect painted finish, options include finish cost (up to $200 depending on finish) or the addition of knurled beading ($75). So, as an example, a 19” set would start at $1,985 but not exceed $2,260.

NOTE – Prices are delivered to the US, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia, with no tax, VAT, DUTY, GST, etc. responsible from the buyer. All taxes and duties are included in the cost of the wheels. Worldwide shipping is available but rates can vary depending for geographies not mentioned. Duty inclusive shipping is only available for the geographies listed (please contact me about other geographies.

✅ Personalized Attention and Service: Something we take great pride in is the level of service we are able to provide. Being first and foremost an enthusiast driven enterprise, you can expect responses usually within an hour, satisfactory resolution should any issue arise, and the type of interactions reflective of a company that relies meaningfully on word-of-mouth referrals (and is acutely aware of how customers need to be treated to ensure those word-of-mouth recommendations occur).

In Closing:

I appreciate that this is a lot of information so I will wrap up simply by saying that it has been an honor serving this community. We will continue to bring affordable, custom forged wheels that delight our customers in 2024 and beyond. I take great pride and satisfaction in helping people achieve their vision for their car and welcome the opportunity to assist new or existing customers with any wheel related needs.

With Gratitude,

John

PS: I have included some photos of the Biscione Collection Styles (though many more are available), as well as a few Alfa customer photos. To other customers who were not included in the photos above (I only did a few recent ones), feel free to post your car if desired. Thanks!

Thanks @John4C for working with me with all my wheel projects.
Currently waiting for the 5sets of wheels from John. ( 2 Alfa sets, 2 BMW sets & 1 Aston Martin)
Appreciate it. The've been some fun projects. I think this latest BMW one is going to be perfect. My favorite might be the Aston wheels though. We'll have to figure out what set #6 should be 🤔 😅

Regardless, it's been a pleasure.

Thanks again,
John

Hey was wondering if the factory wheel caps and tpms all fit and work on these wheels?
Yes to both.

Factory TPMS will work, as will your factory lug nuts. You would bolt the wheels onto the car no differently than the OEM wheels. You would not need spacers; the wheels are tailored to fit perfectly without anything additional needed.

On center caps, I have made custom milled caps for people who like that look but can also drill the wheel specifically to accommodate the OEM center cap if you prefer that aesthetic.

Feel free to let me know if you had any other questions.

Thanks!
John

I'm interested in the Luna & Tekla wheels. Any photos of the Luna wheels other than the original post?

Should I DM for pricing and delivery timeframes?
I've only made the Luna style once. They went to a customer in France who will be mounting them on his 4C in the Spring. This was the picture when they left the factory, though.

It's a newer style that I think would be stunning on a QV.

This is really quick and dirty but you can kind of get the idea:

Image

I would be happy to discuss pricing in PM; however, it's also in the first post under "Best Pricing"

For quick reference a 19/19 QV set would work out as follows:

Base 19/19 Delivered Price - $1,985
Options:
Finish Options - Painted/Solid $0 | Hyper Colors $75 | Machined Face $100 | Brushed or Polished $200
Knurled Beading - $0 if No | $75 if Yes
Total - $1.985 to $2,260 depending on the options selected

Quick Note on Knurled Beading: for reference, knurled beading is the CNC'd texture on the barrel of the wheel where the tire makes contact. It's intended to provide additional friction to ensure that the tire does not rotate over the wheel under hard acceleration or deceleration - it isn't necessary for most use cases; however is recommended for people who track the car or have particularly high HP builds)

Current lead times remain at 90 days for US orders, we've been been pretty consistent at that level for the past 6 months, and plan to stay there.

I'd love to discuss what you're looking for. I do think Luna is a particularly interesting choice. I’ll send you a PM. Thanks!

Those look great!
Do you have wheel specs/weight on those?

Are you able to do 6 bolt patterns on all the wheel designs?
Yes, I can do any bolt pattern/car fitment. The design would have to be tweaked a bit to be 6 bolt but nothing out of the ordinary. What did you have in mind? 😁

Those are Chiara, which are extremely light:

20x9 front - 21 lbs
20x10.5 rear - 21.7 lbs

My wife wants something for her 22 Escalade. Looking for OE fitment 22" I showed her your page a couple days ago to get her to start thinking about designs. So far she likes Jackie and Roslyn. But Chiara, Stella, Josie, Ariel, Charlotte and Teklas all seem like they would be good as well. I haven't checked if all are available in 22"
All could be made in 22”. It’s all custom designed / engineered so whatever style you like can be engineered for an Escalade fitment. DM me if you want to talk specifics.
Thanks,
John

Stefania Satín machine faced.
19x9 ET32 squared.
PS4S 255/35
Absolutely breathtaking.
Currently has 15mm spacers all around HOWEVER;
going to remove the front and either leave the 15mm with the gtam rear fender arch or reduce down to a 12mm.
Pics? I've seen this setup and absolutely breathtaking is definitely appropriate. 😁

Despite doing the design for this right as the new 33 was released in August 2023, I was really focused on being able to perfect the finish for them (at least the one I envisioned, they can be done in any finish, lol). Consequently, I put it on the back burner a bit.

Well, I eventually got the finish I wanted to work (took some doing honestly):

Excited to see them on the car 😁 (they are going on a 4C but would be equallly stunning on a Giulia - or Stelvio actually, I think these would look really good on either)

what color/finish is that ?
Brushed Celestial Gold Gloss

Brushing that wheel was a challenge given some of the intricacies of the design (e.g. small triangles next to the smaller circle areas, bevel on the main circle, concave circular areas), so it took a while to refine the process and I actually had to come up with a new tool to hit parts of it. Worth it though IMHO :)

What would be the price for a set of the "33" wheels in stock QV sizing finished as shown?
All pricing is current on the website, www.bspkforged.com . You can find the link to that wheel here:

For simplicity though, 19" setup in brushed celestial gold (as shown) would run $2,185 delivered anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, EU, or Australia.

There are a couple options around knurled beading and caps that would be on top of that (you can see on the site). It's optional stuff that's not really necessary though. The wheels themselves would be $2,185 delivered.

Feel free to send me a DM if you want to talk more specifics.

Thanks!

First post on this forum - I came from the 4c Forums, and was one of the first ucky ones to buy @John4C wheels in the first batch. The wheels are jewels (Gabrleila 19/20 brushed champagne in satin). @John4C commands the respect of 960'ers, and is straightforward, no BS and gets you exactly what you want.

Why am i Here?

My 4C was t-boned and totaled a few weeks ago - and I live to tell the story of the structural integrity of he CF monocoque and the dage structure. I'm now looking at Giulia's QVs and am eager to learn all tehre is to know about them.

My ideal spec is of course: cf roof, CCB and sparcos.

Please PM me (so as not to hijack this thread).

Ciao!
Thanks for the kind words, @NAWT4c .

Nawt was one of the first BSPK orders actually. Great guy and he will be a terrific addition to Giulia forums. I told him finding a 'trifecta' car will be really hard though. I know @QuadriFormaggi looked for months before finding his. Good luck with the hunt (y)
