Go to TechAuthority, register for Mopar Technical Service Portal aftermarket user, and buy subscription and access through Stellantis Independent Operator Portal. This is the only way now. They discontinued the USBe recently. Now it's subscription only.

For EMEA / ROW users, they can use TechnicalInformation.Fiat website.

No. You need to buy a TechAuthority subscription. Wrong place -- you do not need tech training (though I bought it as well, it's interesting)

Create account on above link, then open via Stellantis IOP. You may need to create another 2 more logins for each respective site. It's a stupid process, but that is to be expected from Stellantis at this point

TechAuthority (the service library) only. wiTECH is the dealer scan tool. Not needed unless you spend another $1200 on the tool ... there are some other fees in there if I recall as well
