@fast_dave, I was also going to state the obvious, but exercised restraint. Perhaps his has been modified (bent) like some do to try to fix the problem. Or the holes are extremely oblong...

Ho installato il braccio Alfissimo lo scorso fine settimana. Sembra funzionare bene, nessun problema finora.

I installed the Alfissimo arm this past weekend. Seems to work well, no issues so far.

Quick question, when you all say "rattle noise" is it something that is there always? Or just at some specific RPM?

I have this weird metalic rattle or chirpping that shows up only under load at around 2500-3000 rpm. Could it be from this arm? The sound appeared around 23k km. I have no codes and the car drives beautifully. Just the annoying rattle.

Took out the arm yesterday (from the module side) and this is how the underneath looks. There is some clear up-down play.
I'm thinking of sticking a very thin washer underneath the arm. Is that stupid?

Replace the arm. There are several places to buy them, including Alfissiom. I replaced mine several weeks ago just as a precautionary measure.

The newer aftermarket arms have some sort of bearing or bushing, so it should last longer.
