Hi.

Just looking for some guidance.

Does anyone know if there are any substantial changes to the diff from 2016 to 2023 (e-diff)

There are two different part numbers :
00552810450 seems to be 2019 - 2023
00552794500 seems to be 2016 - 2019 but i cant see real differences online besides slightly different drive shaft cups.

Any idea if the later 2019-2023 diff will work on the 2017 car?

regards

Only change according to Alfa is outlet flange as you have discovered.

Yes new (TV diff) can be used on early cars. Axles are the same still.
