Looking at potentially getting a JB4 for my 21 TI sport Q4. I've read a lot of posts but just want one final push to purchase (or not). Couple of quick questions.
Background: 0 background with tuning or piggyback tunes. Car currently has 58k miles. Only other mod is a BM performance filter. I do plan on keeping the car for another 5-7 years and it is a daily driver. Probably log 7-8k miles a year on the high end.
I am confident I would only want to proceed with map 1. Don't need anything crazy or complicated.
I do drive it aggressively, but if it's too much I suppose I can pick my foot up from time to time to lessen the strain on the engine
Questions:
1. Will the jb4 cause any excessive short term wear on the engine?
2. Are there any other cons to the JB4 that would outweigh purchasing it?
3. Anything else I should be aware of?
