Anyone know how to replace the turbo o rings on a 2.0? Dealer told me mine needs to be replaced but it’s 500 miles anyway. Anyone know if it’s easy and/or how to do it

Mine had to be replaced at 22000 miles and again at 41000 miles. I also have a 2017. I can't answer your question but if you don't go the DIY route you might be able to take it to a jeep dealership. They have a variant of the same engine and from what I understand the O-Ring part is mix and match between jeep and alfa.

Go down to post #12: Something leaking by turbo

You have to unscrew that one bolt that holds both the coolant inlet and outlet tubes and then you also have to unscrew a hex nut (I think), so that you can maneuver the tubes.

Because the dried coolant kind of acts like a glue, you might need to pull on the tubes hard to get them out...

I stole the below photos from a couple of different forum users. I circled in yellow the one bolt and the one nut that need to be removed.

Does anyone have the part number for the oil line O-ring?
@millerc117

Page 19, Post 374 of the linked thread (lots of good info in the ENTIRE thread).

There are (2) Different Oil Line O-Rings, and from the posting it appears that you need Qty (2) of each part number.

Giulia 2.0l: gottuned Hybrid Turbo with gt2867r wheel...

NOTE: I found out after the fact that Jeep also uses these O Rings.
They're priced much more reasonably at a Jeep Dealership than at A-R Dealership.
