I am nearly at my wit's end with programming my HomeLink garage door opener in my 2023 Giulia. I have a relatively new (manufactured 2022) Chamberlain garage door opener. I somehow got it to program in my older Giulia's HomeLink, but after upgrading to my new car, nothing seems to work to get it to program. I have followed the programming instructions in both the car's owner's manual and on the HomeLink website to no avail. Essentially, I am just sitting in my car, holding both the button on my opener and the HomeLink button on my sun visor, while my garage door repeatedly opens and closes in front of me. However, the HomeLink light just keeps flashing slowly instead of turning into a rapid flash flash, like the manual says. I have tried holding both buttons for up to 30 seconds, and even pressing the opener button multiple times. I am even touching the remote against my sun visor. I have also had a similar experience with my 2023 Toyota that I eventually just gave up on. Does anyone have any experience with newer Chamberlain openers and HomeLink? I'm almost at the point of replacing my garage door opener, which otherwise works flawlessly.
