Another option. Nylon-Carbon Fiber (PA6-CF) for higher heat deflection. Not going to be the silver bullet of brake cooling but will definitely help a bit; works with 2.0 and QV. Will test with the temp gun hopefully tomorrow.

My recommendation for these would be for summer and track use, to remove the OEM heat shield for best cooling. Then for winter or street use put them back on. This is what Cadillac makes owners do for the 4V-BW. They won't install the brake deflectors that come with the car; it's part of a track prep procedure and they mandate you remove the deflectors after track use.

These would be fine either way.

That is the proper way to do it, but it also is $$$$$$.

Pass side: duct. Driver side: no duct

2x hard braking from 70-30, 1/8 mile cooldown. Took 3 readings on the pass side first and then ran over to driver side and took 3 readings. Average readings on each side:

Obviously these are not track temps, I can only do so much on the street, but the delta should only be bigger the higher the temps get. My car has OEM shields on it right now and with those off the car I think the results will be even better.

No wheel rubbing at all. There's more room to be had even after I oversized the ducts for version 2.0 so I made the duct vertically about 5% bigger again to pick up more air under the car and that'll be final version. Slightly larger duct than pictured here.
