^^ Here is a repair video for the oil cooler. It is looks like PITA repair, however it looks like the mechanic in the video did more that was necessary to remove the cooler(AC lines).

Omfg looks like total pita plus!!
No wonder they fail. The cat cooks it to death!!

I am thinking the same thing. Why would an engine oil cooler be place near the hottest parts on an engine such as the turbo and exhaust?

That is one repair that I will let my extended warranty handle if possible.

Great repair video for the oil cooler. I have an 2020 alfa guilia with the failed internal oil cooler failure and alfa dealership wants to replace the entire cooling system and rebuild the engine. Any help and thoughts if you can help me with this issue please.

WTF!!!

The engine does not have an internal oil cooler that requires an engine rebuild to correct.
