The hose that goes to the top of the intercooler expansion tank broke the stupid plastic fitting on the end of it. I didn't want to clamp a large hose all around the top of it since it isn't a real barbed fitting, and I didn't feel like waiting around for a replacement Alfa part, so I looked around and found a GM part number (13251447) that fits perfectly.
Here's the GM part installed. These are extremely common and extremely cheap, you can get them next day from Amazon even.
The hose looks larger because it's proper reinforced heater hose rather than plastic-vinyl like the original, but the inner diameter is exactly the same (8mm, 5/16"). You'll need to cut the hose at just the right spot so that the hose goes far enough down to avoid the hood liner, if you're unsure just put some grease or peanut butter or something on top of the hose and see if it transfers over to the hood liner when you shut the hood.
On Quadrifoglios this hose has a Y in the middle of it, but if you carefully remove the factory hose off of that Y you could just use this same GM part, simply cut it shorter.
Edit: Couple suggestions I forgot. If you're fishing the broken part out of the reservoir be careful not to scratch the inside of the reservoir, I made that mistake and sanded out the scratch to make sure the o-ring on the new one sealed. I would also lubricate the o-ring on the new hose with silicone/dielectric grease, I think part of the issue with these is they want to flex a little bit but the o-ring starts to stick over time and eventually it breaks the plastic fitting.
If all you need is the o-ring, the factory o-ring size on the fitting is 12mm OD, 8mm ID, 2mm C/S. Appears to be EPDM rubber, presumably of the 300F max temp variety.
