There is a TSB for the 2017s regarding this. I had both replaced by the dealer. Driver side broke in 2020 and passenger side in 2022.

 

Interesting. Mine is a 2018 so I wonder if it applies. Do you have the TSB by chance?

Thank you. Mine is a 2018 with the 35W headlights, this TSB is for 25W headlights but I'll make an appointment with my local dealer and see what they can do

Reviving an old thread here but were you ever able to get the problem fixed?

I have a 2019 and the passenger headlight adjuster doesn't seem to adjust the headlight. Wondering if you ever got Alfa to replace the headlight. My car is still under CPO warranty.

 

My car had the same adjuster issue back in April 2022 when the vehicle was under warranty. The replacement headlights finally came in and were replaced in November 2022.
TSB looks like the part numbers were 68419572AA and 68419575AA, unless those were the old headlight PNs. The part numbers on my work order are 68497566AA and 68497562AA.

My driver side headlight adjuster just popped out today and the beam is pointed at the sky, so it looks like replacement headlights don't actually prevent it from happening again.

 

I got one of the headlights replaced under warranty but now the other one seems to be losing its aim now. I hand aimed it a few weeks ago and it's been slowly creeping upward...
