Normally we only see posts about terrible service, but I thought I would share a good experience. I recently purchased a pre-owned 2019 Giulia Ti Sport Q4 from Momentum in Hurst, Texas. This was to replace my 2017 Ti Sport that got totaled by a complete moron. Anyway, two weeks after I bought the car, I noticed an oil leak and scheduled a service appointment. Not only did the dealer provide a Giulia loaner and repair the leak (major job--timing chain cover) under the factory warranty in just a couple of days, they also noticed the car was out of alignment, and replaced a worn tire and did the alignment for free even though these would not be covered as warranty items. I was very satisfied and happy with the service there.

I agree. I bought my new Giulia from them in April 2019 and I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership in general and the Service Department in particular.

BTW, according to the OP, they do...he stated they loaned him a Giulia.

That's nice to hear, I purchased my Giulia from them in February (at the time essence) but have yet to have my car serviced. My first service will be in February so hopefully they continue to give great support. Anyone know what the name change means? Is it only a new owner change?

I've been really satisfied with them as well. Its a bit of a drive from Dallas but on the whole worth it. The service is excellent but do prepare yourself for the prices as they reflect the level of service. Loaners are available with advanced scheduling when the car is under warranty. Not sure if they do that for out of warranty repairs. They also would pick up the car and take it to the dealership but that may have been a pandemic thing that ended.
