So I've had my Giulia for about a year that I had bought used and have always noticed the engine idling rather rough during cold starts. Initially asked my local dealership to take a look at it and told me they could not replicate the problem. Eventually started CEL for P0300 (Cylinder misfire). Car runs well after warming up but this is an area of concern for me. Already changed the coil packs with no notable difference. Any advice here? Took it to the dealership again but they don't want to service it now since I was running a tune on it. Restored it back to stock but they somehow found that I had been running a tune previously

Are you running 91 or better octane fuel? Using "top tier" fuel? Using the lowest ethanol content fuel that you can find? (ethanol is harder to ignite when cold).
At sea level with 91 octane Chevron California spec fuel my MY2018 Q4 always starts flawlessly. It did this stock and with the EC tune. OTOH, at 7500' elevation the cold starts are always a bit rough.
