Yup totally subjective. I have the Ragazzon exhaust, and I like the sound. Not too over the top, but yet still sound aggressive enough.

 

Supersprint, if money is no object

 

It is totally subjective, but I'd second the Supersprint, it was seriously worth the cost. Unfortunately, the cost is high

I've watched this video a few times, be careful though it has sound from 2.0 and QV mixed in.

 

Say no to loud exhausts that only contribute to noise pollution. 😀

 

Centerline sounded the best to me, but that's just my humble a-hole opinion. I don't know the claimed power gains or cost for any on the list.

 

Centerline is what I have too. Service manager told me it’s the best he has heard because of the low tone. The only complaint I have is like most other exhausts is it sounds like crap when cold.

 

Subjective. For me, four cylinder turbos will never sound good when loud, especially mated to automatic transmissions, so I'd rather go with refined. I'm more than happy with the stock Giulia exhaust and I leave the loud stuff to my flat-six weekend car.

 

I'm a fan of my stock exhaust on the 2.0.

 

I enjoyed my Madness Lusso exhaust. Wasn't too loud but was refined. I have it for sale if interested, I went to a QV so I don't need it anymore.

 

Do you still have the Madness Lusso exhaust?

 

I agree its all personal taste but I do really like the sound of the MAPerformance exhaust.

Supersprint + their tips to replace the stock faux tips

 

It's kind of Ike asking what beer has the best flavor? My wife would say IPA's, while I prefer stouts and Porters.... Others like sours, while my farmer cousins would never touch anything other than Bud light or MGD...
I suggest reading through the multitude of threads in the exhaust sub forum, listening to the various videos, and reading the comments and opinions.

 

my megan racing was like 550$ has a higher not raspy tone and isn’t loud and doesn’t drone that much even with the faux tips it’s basically 2.75 in catback res delete it has a glass pack rear muffler to remove drone and not be stupid loud at idle, although the cold starts are loud af

 

Over the last 30 years I've noticed there's a particular type of "car guy" who thinks you have to spend the most money, or if you spent the most money, your/his shit is the best. Across all platforms, they are the same type of douchebag. That being said, I haven't got that impression here just yet.

I have a friend who wouldn't buy the Megan exhaust specifically because of its affordable price. He'd have to buy the most expensive exhaust available and then never shut up about it...my best friend since the 4th grade haha.

 

I really enjoy my Lusso exhaust from Madness, especially combined with my Sprint high flow, air filter element that enables more turbo sound. Exhaust is s reasonable at highway speed, and sounds really good in hard acceleration.

 

I have the Remus cat back resonated which I like a lot. It's not obnoxious for daily automatic driving but when you switch to manual shifting it really kicks in with some nice ear candy. Automatics with "loud" exhausts are kind of goofy IMO.

 

I got a like new Remus axle back for 400 and a resonator delete, sounds perfect. These cars with straight pipes or Catless DP's sound like a Civic, be careful what you choose

 

Check out MAPerformance, they developed a sport and race system off of my car. Fantastic build quality and sound. (I have the sport / muffled one)

Cold start sounds like my 500 Abarth did, which I loved. Abarth had no mufflers from the factory -- they did a nice job tuning that sound. I'm curious about the sound inside your car. Rode in one of our Twin Cities group guy's white Giulia a few years ago, but whatever system he chose droned like hell! I'd be interested in a test ride inside yours to see what it sounds like, Jesse.

I justgot my Giulia and was Interested in either a Megan cat back or a Afe axle back as they are around the same price .
Since u had ur exhaust for a bit do u feel it’s a good sounding exhaust and have u lost any low end performance

honestly the clips where shit so down the road you might have to get it tac welded which i did, no power loss of anything it seems to spool a bit quicker, it’s sorta loud on cold start, no drone at all tho. when installed verify that the tips are far enough into the rear velance and you’ll be fine. it makes nice trans farts!!!

thanks , i should have it this week . If you dont mind what size is the outside diameter of the tail pipes as i want to buy exhaust tips to fit it?

2.75 but like it’s 2.75 oval lol so it’s gonna take a little work to get em to fit. i personally don’t have tips i retained the stock faux tips as i didn’t want to deal with removing them and what not

I find the Giulia subtle and sophisticated. My Fiat Spider with RM exhaust serves my mechanical music needs.

 

I heard an exhaust on a 2.0 a while back at the shop. I think he said it was Tubi?
It's sounded really nice. Not harsh or loud, just perfect. Probably what you're after.
