Not a dealer but I had an Alfa performance shop do mine. Tuned or non-tuned CDCM doesn’t change anything - process is identical for both.

 

None of the CDCM's are tuned, and they are not Alfissimo's or anyone else's, except for Alfa. It's just differing firmware revisions from Alfa.

 

I had my dealer that is a partner of Alfissimo do mine. I believe they had to make an appointment to do the download but it was very quick once the appt was set.

 

Pretty easy to do yourself if you don't have the desire to pay the dealer to do it. Not sure what they'd charge for labor on that but would guess at least an hour

I would pay an hours labor to have that done, but I haven’t spoken to the dealer and my gut tells me they’d say no way you have to keep your car stock and I’d say it is stock for a GTA, but I don’t know, I really want that done as well as the transmission tune because of everything I’ve read about them both but I would bet a fair chunk of change. My dealer would say no maybe I should try the other one in town.

 

Why use a dealer. Just go to an independent that does Alfa performance mods and get them to do.
