Tubi Style Exhaust on the Ti ...

Ok, so the Tubi finally arrived from Maranello! Had it put on yesterday. Finally the Alfa is sounding like an Alfa and not a Lexus. They shot some before and after video in the link below. Crazy windy day, but you get the point. Very subdue and deep growl at low RPM and highway cruising at 80 mph. But no annoying drone and certainly conversational in the cab. Managed to do a couple of to the floor launches in the back roads on the way home. It's hard to say as I only heard it from inside the car, but it did seem to have that Tubi banshee scream, mothers and children run, when properly slammed to the floor. :grin2: Will have to get the wife to assist in a few drive byes to fully appreciate it at wide open throttle. All in all, very happy with the sound, though - what was Alfa thinking putting that ginormous resonator in line? May be looking for a mid pipe/bypass pipe in the near future as well. Of course, then I probably run the risk of drone. Enjoy -

Odd, I just refreshed and the video is loading ok?
Sounds deep and angry! Had to load on desktop, wouldn't load on iPhone.

meh, cant say it sounds all that different than the other options from madness, ragazzon, centerline, etc etc. Probably will be double+ the cost of these other options. pogea racing has a valve option too, equally underwhelming for the price.

Yes, it sounds pretty much identical to Ragazzon on my car, deep and growly
After living with this exhaust, have you been satisfied? Any drone?
I may be biased, but I'd do it again if I had another Giulia. It sounded like an Italian sports car finally after putting it on. I had requested Tubi work on a mid-pipe to boot, but don't know if they ever produced it or not. I think the term "drone" varies between individuals. I do not think it produced much of any "drone" - just sweet beautiful Italian noise - well as best as can be had with a 4 banger.

OK, good feedback. Thanks. There is a full cat back system now apparently.

That's actually the set up I have sitting in my garage. They call it CAT back but it really only is from after the mid pipe back. The good news it is a direct bolt up system. Drop and swap.

Unfortunately the link doesn’t work. Would love to hear it on the Giulia. Can you please repost? Ps: I can’t find anything for Alfa Romeo on the Tubi website. Where did you get yours from?

Check this video out. I was looking into getting a Tubi a couple months back. Only decent video I found with a Tubi on the 2.0.
