Hello, I recently purchased an AR Giulia Ti and unfortunately week into my new car I found a good size bolt in my tire.

I purchased the Tire and Wheel Protection at the time of purchase but I'm not sure how the system works exactly... do I fix it at a nearby tire shop and then ask for reimbursement or do I have to take it to the dealership?

The service department said I can take it anywhere but weren't able to give me additional info or contact to ask how the reimbursement works .

Hmm, I would just take it to the tier shop and keep all your records, printouts in other words even if you can get emails. Then call service at the dealer. They will probably just write you a check or send one from corporate. I think
