I don't think I saw anyone post this, but feel free to delete this thread if someone did

I kind of like like lights seeing them driven like this

The voice over was so jarring, and going against the flow of the music, it was very off putting.
Just not a good commercial.
Agreed. It felt very generic

Almost like one of those old text to speech synthesizers.
No, not that bad. The voice over is awful though, nearly monotone like you might want in a sleep-aide.

I still fail to understand the compulsion to make the 'background' sound in advertisements (also in many movies) at or above the level of the voice over.

Music was too loud.

The voiceover felt like someone that either have a cold, or is trying too hard to sound senual but failing miserably.

The concept is fine but generic. Just horrendous production value.

I don’t mind the new lights and it’s great that they are now matrix LED but they really missed the opportunity to do a front-end restyle which looked more like the new corporate ‘face’ of the Tonale and let them exploit the dramatic proportions of the triple LED lights instead of shoehorning them into the existing headlight shape, which inevitably looks a little awkward.

What I really don’t understand is the lack of 360 camera. That’s a very awkward lapse in what is now considered pretty basic equipment.

Hey kid! You got an iPhone 6s? Great! Here's $50 bucks. Make me a video commercial for this car.

Hopefully, no one equates the quality of this "advertisement" with the cars.

I am not a fan of the lights—at all. And that promo ad looks like it was made by a freshman film student with a 30 day free trial of After Effects. The whole time, I’m thinking, “This can’t be a real Alfa promo…” Wow.

My guess would be that it would be too expensive to make the changes to the current platform to incorporate the 360° camera.
6 years in, and with the apparent goal of trying to keep the car semi-competitive for at least another couple of years, I'd argue that expenditure was non-optional. It's a feature that even basic cars have had for years now. I think it's more a case that Alfa has always considered that kind of thing a low priority (eg when the Giulietta was facelifted in 2015, complete with in-dash screen and uConnect multimedia system, Alfa still didn't fit a reversing camera), but it's the kind of omission that that potential customers who are not dyed in the wool Alfisti find really irritating.

They went all BMW with the dial displays. Couldn't they at least mimic the traditional Alfa style??

That is one of 3 (?) different screen options.

If you want traditional, try this. It even has the flipped 20/40/220/240 KPH and 70 RPMs, like in the old cars.
