Snow Tires ordered for Quadrifoglio

Just received my Michelin Pilot Alpin 4 snow tires for my Quadrifoglio. $1,429.82 :crying:

Debated just getting a Winter beater but decided to get snow tires anyway. Softer compounds are safer in the extreme cold, and the car should still be driven regularly. Not a huge fan of Michelin Pilot Alpin line snow tires as the sidewalls are extremely soft compared to Blizzaks. We’ll see how they hold up though.

I probably will order mine in about a month. Might go with the Pirellis as I have had some experience with them.
Good job. I've always thought a RWD with proper winter tires handled weather better than a AWD with all seasons.

Just ordered those Fastwheels FC04 Titanium wheels (TPMS too) with Hercules Avalanche R G2 on them, which are pretty much Nokians.
total CAD $ 1800 tax in.
My Q4 will be unstoppable :)

Had the SottoZero 2 on my old E63s 4Matic. They worked really well overall, but honestly, believe it was more the AWD than the actual tires. Would have much preferred Blizzaks, but the Alpin 4 is also well reviewed.
Hey guys,

I ordered the exact same Michelins. Going to put the stock 5 holes on them and switch to 20 inch Savini wheels for the summer on Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires. Hoping the Michelins will hold up well in the winter. Used to have Blizzaks on my BMW and they were excellent. I live in Toronto so waiting for the temperature to decrease before putting them on the car.
