Hey just noticed that when I chose between seat memory options the seat back moves and the seat raises, but it won't travel forward or back ward.Is this normal or my first electronic failure? Also, I seem to remember hearing that there is a setting to have the seat move back to aid in getting out when the door is opened. I can't seem to find that..Does it exist?

Back/forth position is supposed to be memorized and adjusted with memory button. Also, the easy access feature is always on (no way to turn off, which I actually find a little annoying), so if your car doesn't do this either, it probably means it's time for a dealer visit

True. However, the feature may be negligible if you keep the seat back far enough in your normal memory position. The 'easy access' won't do anything if the seat doesn't have enough rear travel left to make a difference.

If that's the case, there may not be a problem with your seat motor.
