Hi,

I have had my 2017 Giulia Q4 Ti for about a month and half... love the car and the way it drives but started to notice a few things and wanted to see if it's worth having service look at it or not...

In particular, no matter what I do... very little air flows through the rear vents. When my kids say they are hot... I can't get much air or A/C to the rear. Is there a problem with my car or a trick to force more air to the rear?

Thanks in advance for any help or guidance!

They may be turned off. Give them a turn clockwise or counterclockwise (I can't remember which) to turn them on. Also, adjust the ventilation so there is more air coming from the center dash vents, and adjust them to point to the back.

Hi David,

We understand why this would be concerning. If you end up taking it into the dealer, let us know. We'll get this escalated and will forward your inquiry to a Case Specialist for further handling.
