Oil change $400
Brake flush $230
Belt: $1900

21,000 on odo, had it exactly 4 years.

I know it is insane but this dealer does very good work. It's a big job, so yeah, I paid way too much for the belt but I am happy and their service is and communication is wonderful.

I got a FREE car wash!

People in my area won't work on this car. This is Chevy and Buick country. I tried to get tires put on at a local chain and they refused to do it...

You got a GREAT deal! Congratulations!

Before I lost my QV, my local dealers in the San Francisco Bay area quoted between $4k (San Rafael) - $8k (Walnut Creek) for the 4 year service.

OMG. I was reading some of the Brits on here and it seems they pay a lot less...But that was before inflation happened.

Everything that has to come off for that belt replacement. It is a bit crazy.

Yeah I spoke to the Service Advisor on it. They had it for 2 full days. I am under the impression they don't do a lot of these. This is still a stupid design. I knew this going in, But this is why I would not buy a Ferrari 355 because engine out stuff.

Hopefully my post was useful for those Googling it.

That photo still looks like a front end collision happened.

Congrats!. Well done. Exactly what the majority of us will do, every 4 years. Oh yes, you will also hear some feedback from the ones who will do it all by themself for about $95. Continue enjoying that Engineering Masterpiece Dream Car!

if my dealer had those prices i would jump for joy. closest dealership to me charges 320/hr for labor now.

oil change is 750

not sure about brake flush, but they charge 4500 for serpentine belt. and i would never let them wash my car. consider yourself blessed with those prices.

Sounds like plain old case of Extortion, i.e. pay my price for service or I will void your warranty.

luckily i have found a decent indy shop that has done a lot of my maintainence at a rate of 185/hr. still high, but more reasonable. i have a binder where i keep records of everything. oil changes, parts, etc.. if FCA wants to mess with my warranty when it comes to that, there will be a court date.

also, going to Socal at the beginning of next month to get the serpentine belt done. was quoted $1410 labor + $379 for the belt and tensioners so around 1800 all in.

San Jose, CA.

fwiw the dealership next to me is "stevens creek alfa romeo and maserati". im sure the maserati part makes them feel like they can rob people.

but most indy shops are 150-200 an hour and most dealerships are around 300. even stevens creek BMW across the street and mercedes right next door are at 300/hr for labor.

If it’s any consolation, a C63 30k maintenance includes a trans flush, a diff fluid change, an oil change, and usually brake pads- about a 3k swing. I thought the quadrifoglio was bad. It’s worse with the competition

not sure about those with regular brakes, but CCB OEM pads are around 2400 all the way around. just for pads. dont get me started on rotors for those who track the car vigoruosly.

the point is, all these cars in this comparable segment (BMW m3, QV, C63 AMG) are gonna cost roughly in the same ballpark when it comes to maintainence.
