Given SW U.S. Alfa's seem to arrive at the Port of Houston, and it's been getting pounded by rain, any word on flooding and/or loss of vehicles?

At this point it is still raining hard so things cannot be declared "OK" yet. The Hurricane winds also could do a lot of damage to vehicles parked in the open at the port.

Speaking of A.R. affecting natural disasters, did anybody else notice the earthquake in Ischia on Aug 22? Ischia is about 100km south of Cassino. I guess the quake was not large enough to be felt that far away; but this points out the fairly close proximity of Mt Vesuvius to Cassino. Hopefully the Cassino plant was built with some consideration of seismic strength unlike the stone buildings in Ischia.

If the cars were on the ship im sure they just took the ship back off shore.

Most of the flooding in Houston is no where near Baytown.

The Hoegh Singapore waited one day off shore to let Hurricane Gert blow by. That was about a week ago.
