Does anyone who has an Alfa with the cold weather package had problems with the steering wheel heat? On some days the wheel gets so hot that you can barely touch it, while on other days it seems fine.

Dealership said it happens because the car knows the ambient temp outside. Just one more item to add to my troubles....

I guess my hands are always cold so I don't mind the heat :D

nope no issues, in fact it works better than the the in my BMW, maybe the wheel thickness has something to do with that in my case

Resisting temptation to make a "small hands" joke.

One man's hot is another man's 2 bagger.

In the limited use of mine I pretty much turn it off as soon as it starts feeling very warm. The same goes with my use of heated seats; I hate when the seats start feeling really hot in any car and I just use it to take the chill out of the seat and then by then the cabin is warmed up and no real need to add much seat heat. I have to say the optional QV carbon wheel’s alcantara does feel almost too luxurious with the heat on for a sports sedan :wink2:
