New technique for me...squeak really loudly
So far being nice and playing through the systems hasn't netted me much satisfaction with my software updates. I have decided to start posting on Alfa US's Facebook site. Only facts will be discussed but they will be discussed often and loudly.
Let's see if that works.
I'm also going to try contacting the corporate office.
I am not demanding the updates if they don't apply, just an understanding of why not and what can be done for me. If FCA would rather admit that my infotainment center will never work properly because no update can be provided all they need to do is give me the $1000 I paid for it and I'll be happy again. I think that's fair.
