Hey all, I'm an engineer at a Minnesota based company called MAPerformance. We've been specializing in making (predominantly japanese) cars set records and live longer at elevated power levels for years. I personally own a 17' QV (Sparcos, CCM, KW DDC, Ethanol etc...) and have loved tracking the car and taking it on road trips. So when I had the chance to 3D scan a 2.0 Giulia floor pan and bumper, I immediately jumped on the opportunity to design a full 3" cat-back exhaust for the car for the MAPerformance brand.

The production version of this exhaust is finally ready - and we're looking for someone who would be willing to let us test fit the first production version on their car. This isn't just exciting for us to be able to jump into this market, it also means that someone can get a free exhaust! We're going to be giving this exhaust to whomever has the time to let us install and test the exhaust on their car. Below are the specific ideal requirements.

-Any 4 cylinder 2017-2022 Giulia 2.0 Q2 or Q4
-Ideally we may have the car from a Monday - Friday
-We provide a loaner car for the week given you can provide proof of insurance
-You can recieve either the "race" exhaust or "muffled" exhaust - your pick, for free
-You understand that we will be removing the exhaust, and testing our own on the car
-We can ideally dyno the car for power numbers before and after the exhaust
-Located in the Twin-Cities area

So with everyone informed on the stipulations for receiving one of these, here's some photos! I focused on ease of install when designing this, and the entirety of the exhaust is CNC mandrel bent out of U.S. made 304 stainless pipe and TIG welded in house. We've 3D scanned these during production for checking final tolerances between bends and they're extremely consistent. Take a look at the photos and sound clip below.

We'd appreciate any help on getting a car for testing, and I apprecaite your time reading this post. Once we're done testing, this exhaust will be available in the next few months! Also, let me know if you guys have interest in a mid-priced QV exhaust. I'm staring at mine in the shop every day waiting to find a reason to scan it.

The sound clip is the race version, but the muffled version has a similar tone - just quieter. I can't give any info on pricing, but I can tell you that with the volume we can stock in house - it will be very competitively priced.

I'm from Nashville but have family I could easily stay with for a week while you fit. It's a sporty looking white ti q4 with springs, GMS caster correction kit, megan racing rear toe links, powerjet 4, and upgraded rotors and pads, and 9" square wheels with 255s all around. My current exhaust is just full 3" resonator back with muffler delete, and the cold start HAS to annoy the neighbors.

It'd be a sexy sounding car with looks to match!

He badly needs an exhaust. 😉 If you need a comparison to a supersprint sport catback exhaust (with drone fixing tips) I'm happy to provide my car. Planning on being able to give up my car over Christmas and New Years.... Live in near Roseville.
