Hi, i was wondering what specifically is the loaner policy when leaving your car for service. I've searched through old forums post but found contradictory information. Took vehicle to a Alfa/Maserati/Fiat dealership, for parking sensor issue, and t57 recall. I didnt mind waiting since i just wanted to get my vehicle back today, but i was told that they didnt know how long it would take. I asked for a loaner they said they did not have any Alfa's only Maseratis (I guess us Alfa drivers dont deserve Maserati loaners) so i couldnt get a loaner. I would of been satisfied with any vehicle since i had errands to do and now im just stuck at browsing the interwebs.
Dealership is 17 miles away in Los Angeles traffic about 50mins, i was sent home in a uber. .Service center closes in 3 hrs no call on what the time frame would be for vehicle, so now im without vehicle till at least tomorrow morning it seems and it sounds like i have to figure out how to get back to the dealership on my own (Uber is $35).
