the TR was a replica?? was the TDF parked at the top of Elm by the Station?
yes, the TR is a replica. Its properly advertised on the dealers site as such. Carriage House Motors in Greenwich has it.

The TDF is real and he had it restored a couple years ago. He has quite a collection of other cars as well. And he drives them!! He left early so it was easy to miss it.

aaah I thought the newer yellow one was the tdf, didn't realize the 58 250 was as well (my old book isn't as definitive as it claims to be), so that must be the restoration you referrred to.

my apologies.
