Are you in Centerline, MI? I'm looking forward to your responses to threads as you go through them. Hopefully you'll be able to help forum participants who have had problems. While I count myself among the fortunate, we have all seen that issues can pop up without warning. Fingers crossed my Alfa Romeo experience will be smooth sailing.

Is it only specified to US owners or can we , from Europe also count on your help?

I have a request.
Please publish a list-chart of the approved (by FCA specification numbers AND available brands, in the USA) fluids and lubricants for both the 2.0 and 2.9 cars sold here in the N.A. market. Specifically:
Engine oil
Engine antifreeze
Transmission fluid
AWD fluid
Final drive fluid
Brake fluid
This will be very helpful for those that prefer to perform their own routine maintenance.

great idea alfaromeocares.. remember, the posters here have a selection bias--- most 100% happy wont post anything to say they are 100% happy--- they are just enjoying their cars.
But its a great idea to monitor for trends, and keep a dashboard of problems- sort of a tally list- of things people complain of and report them back to madrepatria.

Unfortunately we only have the ability to assist U.S. customers and only have information regarding U.S. vehicles; however, if you are experiencing concerns with your vehicle we do have international contacts we can pass your information along to!

Welcome to the forum Andrea + Kori :)

As an early adopter of the 4C [29 November 2014 (literally the first 4C sold in Los Angeles)], I've always been disappointed that FCA didn't setup a community outreach sooner. But you're here now and that's a good thing :)

Being the Alfisti that we are, we later special ordered a Giulia Ti Q2. We've owned her about two months and 800 miles. I still daily my 4C with over 27,000 miles on her.

My one question at this time is: As a US Customer Care Team, are you limited to only the USA? Or does your team also include the entire North American region, including Mexico and Canada?
