Italian company Biesse tweaked the Quadrifoglio, they measured a 510hp and 600Nm in the stock setup, car is the 6 speed manual .

Modifications applied to the car are custom made back box, which looks odd to me and the ECU mapping.

The AFR reading is on the rich side with 0.73-0.74
The cats seem to heat up alot, but they remained on the conservative side with the EGT's so for Stage I the 563 hp and a really nice torque curve topping at slightly over 710 Nm is the first milestone, boost was raised by 0.20-0.25 bar, car seems to be still very driveable.

High flow cats and large bore exhausts might add alot in terms of reliability and for further power stages in the future.

Thanks for posting up this vid!

Regarding Biesse, Alfa9 Supply is selling the Biesse Racing tunes here in the USA. We've installed them on numerous 4C's and received great response from all of 4C our customers. The 4C ECU has been out for all over a year and the Biesse Quadrifoglio ECU has been much anticipated. Please contact us directly with questions.

To elaborate on the latest Giulia Quadrifoglio tune, the end goal has been to create a tune that can be driven very hard both on the road and on the track without risk of running high EGT's (exhaust gas temps) or pushing too much heat in other areas. We want customers to be able to push their Quadrigolio's with full confidence.

The 563 hp and 716 Nm tune does this very well. In talking with Biesse about this latest tune, we relize there is more power possible from a "stage2" and to add more power we feel that adding motorsport high-flow cats or open downpipes will be necessary to free up the exhaust. But as of now the Stage1 is fully optimized for any Quadrifoglio.

Alfa9 has selected Biesse Racing as a partner for the 4C and Giulia based on their extensive knowledge and experience tuning supercars. We feel this gives them an added measure of security with cars like the Quadrifoglio.

We will have an order link up soon on the website for the Quadrifoglio ECU, so please keep a watch out for that in our Giulia engine section link here.

It would be great to see some brand out there come out with an exhaust as high end as the one below which is an entire setup, headers back. Headers I believe are long tube. Just insane how well it makes this Lexus sound:
