Hi everyone, after 5 years of owning my 2017 Alfa Giulia, I still can't get over its stunning design. However, there's one minor thing that's been on my mind – the rear number plate base. Designed for European plates, it just seems too bulky for Aussie plates, since the license plates are shorter. I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a solution, as you can see in the first image below.
After making one thing for the Giulia I thought why not make another. After my front license plate holder cracked my license plate plastic shield, due to the stupid curved OEM design I custom designed a front plate holder that they ensured the back would contour the car's shape while the front is flat for the plate, preventing the license plate from bending. After a couple mates with Giulia wanted what I had made, I thought why not share the product to the whole community. I am not here to shove a product in your face, I have found a passion for the process, and if you like what you see then I would love to make more products for more car enthusiasts. I and am looking for other custom designs to make for the car now that I have a state of the art 3D scanner as well.
