That's effing unbelievable to make someone walk a 1/2 mile for a "rental",couldn't one of the sales or support staff give someone a simple ride down the street?Its not like they're overwhelmed with people rushing through the door buying new Alfas.Is this @AlfaRomeoCares opinion of how clients should be treated when in for service?nope, really un-luxurious experience
When I was having my 17 springs installed per tsb, my dealer drove me to the train station since they didn't have a loaner they could give me.

Well from what it seems, dealers aren't really itching to become or stay alfa dealers, so not sure how helpful complaining will be.
You are right about that. Even Alfa USA, could barely get in touch with my dealership when I requested their help in getting a service appointment. I honestly believe that my Alfa Dealer only sells Alfas to raise the “premium” level of their dealership but they don’t really want the headache of supporting Alfas.Well from what it seems, dealers aren't really itching to become or stay alfa dealers, so not sure how helpful complaining will be.
