The information comes either from the Giulia manual(s) or is a summary of discussion threads on the forum. Its written by a US member and deals only with the 2.0 and 2.9 gas /petrol engines so if you have additional info for other countries please add it.
See Oils, Fluids, Fuel, Additives and Lubrications forum

Alfa Romeo recommend an oil and filter change every year or 10,000 miles whichever comes first for all Giulia’s, base, Ti & QV. There is plenty of debate on the forum on the usual oil change topics.
  • Should you change the oil and filter after break in / initial period and what is this mileage? The US versions of the owner’s manual don’t appear to say anything about break in / initial period but some of the European ones mention that for the first 1,000 miles the car shouldn’t be driven at ‘full performance’.
  • Should you change the oil and filter at less than 200 miles because this is when any larger debris will have come loose?
  • Is 10,000 miles too many between oil changes, what is the ‘right’ number?
Opinions and viewpoints abound, if you would like to add some data to the debate please consider getting an oil test kit from Blackstone labs to take a sample of the old oil and posting the results.

Oil Level
The QV’s have a mechanical dipstick and also show oil in the Apps – My Car – Oil level screen. For the 2.0 base and Ti Giulia’s there is no dipstick just the info screen reading.

Type of oil
Alfa Romeo is recommending a very particular and new Fiat/Alfa 9.555351-GS1 specification of full synthetic 0W-30 oil for the Giulia which is currently hard to find.
For the US Advance auto parts now stocks Pennzoil Euro LX 0W30, part number 550043041. Which states that it meets the required spec but you are likely to have to ask for it because at the moment they don’t seem to put it on the shelves.
Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 0W-30 also meets the specification and appears to be available in the UK

Oil Filter
The 2.0L Base and Ti use a Mopar MO-339 or Mobil 1 M1-113a filter.
The 2.9L Quadrifoglio uses an Alfa Romeo filter cartridge.
You may also need /want a drain plug washer.

Hope this is helpful

Info from jkoval in "Giulia Ti oil change questions" Thread
.
On the 2 liter engine, the oil change indicator system can be reset by turning car ON, but not starting it. Push the accelerator pedal three times slowly within 10 seconds, then turn the ignition to OFF
.
Torque spec for the I-4 drain plug was not available, but the V-6 drain plug is 15 ft-lbs, and the drain plug gasket is examined and replaced "if necessary"
.
You will have to remove underbody cover (covers bottom under engine)
