to get the tire to sit flush with the fender on a base model Giulia what MM size would you recommend? 5,15,17 or 20

Running a stock wheel and tire set up.
With the stock wheels/tires on a non-quad we like to recommend 15mm in the front and 20mm in the rear. If you have a quad then it's just 5mm.

I bought these spacers from Maddness and absolutely love them! One of the best mods I've done to the Giulia!
Spacers are a really simple mod that can make a big difference in how you Giulia looks plus no one likes fender gap on a performance vehicle.

It good to hear you are enjoying them so much. If there is ever anything we can do, please let us know.

Flush out the wheels on your Alfa Romeo Giulia with a new set of Athena Wheel Spacers!

From the factory the wheels on a Giulia set pretty deep in the wheel well. These spacers from Athena are designed to fix that and give it a sportier look.

Available in several different sizes these spacers actually bolt to the hub so they will not slip during a wheel change.

For my Giulia Ti RWD with OEM 19” 5-hole wheels, what size do you recommend when combined with lowering springs? Are the spacers likely to cause rubbing when combined with springs?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Foxboy.

Fitment's a little different on all vehicles - most of the RWD variants look pretty perfect with 15mm front and 20mm rear.

While in most cases, the spacer fitment above will leave you with minimal rub with a normal spring drop, you may have a bit more peace of mind taking exact measurements from the edge of the sidewall with a plumb bob off the fender.

Drop me a line directly by phone or email, we can advise you.

Hi dcpatters.

We do not offer these in a black finish, nor with black bolts. I've seen some users mask the faces and spray down with a flat black engine enamel (or equivalent high-temp paint). 17mm bolt covers will take care of the bolts.

What would the right spacers be for the staggered setup with 8" in front and 9" in rear? Just realized my Ti Sport is running this setup.

Hi atomsapple.

Here's the cliffs notes version of that answer:

Most of the RWD setups we do will use 15mm front / 20mm rear.

Most of the AWD setups we do will use 5mm front / 15mm rear.

There is enough variance in trim levels, wheels, and personal taste that while I can let you know what historically has worked for most, I wouldn't feel 100% comfortable giving you the assurance of fitment without you taking a basic read. At the shop, I'll usually make a quick plumb bob with a pen (or other weight) and masking tape to confirm fitment with a customer before install.

Easiest thing to do here is to make a basic plumb bob and measure the distance from the hanging line to the wheel edge - that should give you a better idea of what the distance is to hitting the flush mark.

Reach out to me directly - just call or email - if I can guide you a little more.

@MADNESS eMac any reason why The 5mm for AWD? Would 15mm be considered too much for the fronts?
The front suspension and hubs are different on the AWD. Front wheels get pushed out just a little bit further than they sit on the RWD versions.

15mm may push your fronts outside of the fender line. Grab a ruler and see where that extra 15mm sits. If that measurement ends up outside the fenderwell, make sure that's the look you want before proceeding, and make sure you can match it with the rear.
