I ordered the service CD and the "student manual" from the techauthority.com website a few weeks ago. As others have noted, the CD was missing Chapter 8, "Engine" for the 2.0 liter engine. I sent an email to their customer service requesting a corrected CD or an RMA number and a refund. They have corresponded with me every couple days, saying they were working on the problem. Yesterday received an email they will issue a UPS pickup for the defective/incomplete CD and they want to know do I want a refund, or would I like the corrected CD which will be available in less than 2 weeks? I opted for the corrected CD. Wanted to let any other interested people know it ought to be back up on the website soon!
