So I've had my Giulia for about a year that I had bought used and have always noticed the engine idling rather rough during cold starts. Initially asked my local dealership to take a look at it and told me they could not replicate the problem. Eventually started CEL for P0300 (Cylinder misfire). Car runs well after warming up but this is an area of concern for me. Already changed the coil packs with no notable difference. Any advice here? Took it to the dealership again but they don't want to service it now since I was running a tune on it. Restored it back to stock but they somehow found that I had been running a tune previously

Normal yes but the CEL is not. This means there was proper misfire, especially a common P0300 code. My suspicion is the Multiair module causing this but they will not replace it unless they get a specific multiair related CEL. If they knew it had a tune and then you removed it, they already knew it had a tune. Why are you surpised? Take it to a different dealer. Despite what anyone says, if they look deep enough they can find if a car has been tuned. MultiEcuScan for example shows a flash counter. On my previous 2.0 Giulia, the counter was at 12
