Wondering if any of the Ti owners are thinking about putting wider tires for rears. I have the 19x8 wheels and I wonder if 245 40r19 would cause rubbing issues.

Standard is all-season square setup (19x8 225-40-R19) all around.

There is an option for 3-season tires with 19x9 and 255-35-R19 in rear.

I got the sports package but it came with 225 40r19s all around.

Does anybody know if the wheel wells of the QV and Ti are the same? I expected them to be different.

If you get the Ti Sport Pkg doesn't it come with a staggered wheel set-up (225 front, 255 rear)?

DaneARFOM said the QV had slightly narrower trunk between wheels, so yes.
QV 5-hole wheels are also 1" wider than Ti staggered ones - 9"/10" and tires are 255/285 front/rear.

The Ti 19" Sport package has 19x8.0's all the way around with 225 run flats. If the dealer selects the 19in wheel option after selecting the 19" sport package it will change to 19x8.0 up front and 19x9.0 in rear with 225/255 three season performance tires. QV wheel well is deeper given trunk width, I wouldn't expect a rub issue up front, you are usually safe with a two size bump.

Thanks for confirming, I suspected this much. The build configurator on Alfa Romeo website shows the same.

I guess this would mean that I'd be able to fit 255 35r19 in the rear, as long as I have the right rim width.

Anybody have experience fitting 255 35r19 on a 19x8 wheel?

Do you have 35 offset on the factory sports package 19 x 8's set up?

On the configurator site, after you select your packages, there is an "options" page. Here you can select 19 x 9.0 wheels (third selection I believe). This is the choice for the staggered 225/255 wheel set-up.

I got the Ti with Sport package and wanted to go wider than the 225 standard tires. The widest I could go was 255's due to the standard sport rim size. The QV wheels will not fit since the fender is wider in the QV.

I am going to bump up from the Turbine 18's I have on my Giulia to 19x8's all around with aftermarket wheels. I was just wanting to know what the offset was for the Ti "Sport" package wheels that are 19x8's all around. Anyone know that info off hand...the factory 19x8's offset?

Were you able to actually fit 255 tires on the 19x8 rim? If so, how did it look?

Here are the part numbers I see appearing on ebay:

FRONT: 8 X 18 ET 33 PART NUMBER 156107524
REAR: 9 X 19 ET 44,5 PART NUMBER 156107472

FRONT: 8 X 19 ET 33 PART NUMBER 156107474
REAR: 9,5 X 19 ET 44,5 PART NUMBER 156107525

Not sure which setup you have, but my guess is that the 19x8 rim has a 33 offset.

Does anyone know what the inner clearance is for the front wheels against the fender wells or suspension components? Running the 19x9s up front, will have the inner rim lip 23.7mm (.9 inches) closer to the suspension strut. The outer lip will poke out 1.7mm more than before (more or less flush). I was hoping there was clearance to run the 19x9s up front for autox purposes. My plan was to have the 19x8s for street use with 255s and 19x9s as a dedicated track set with 275s. Both sizes are technically pinched, but not dangerously so.

These are great questions. Anyone know if the 9 inch rears can benefit from a wheels spacer, since the QV wheels won't fit? Maybe say 5-15mm?

I have not yet purchased aftermarket 19's so that is why I was asking questions on this thread. I am trying to find out the exact wheel sizing specs for a Ti with the Sport pkg and 19x8's on all 4.

I am looking for the offset of those Alpha Romeo Ti Sport pkg wheels (not the staggered option). Also, I might as well ask the group what tire size comes with those Ti Sport pkg 19x8 wheels?

I will order my 19's next week after I get back from the Sun-n-Fun airshow in Florida.

Adding this here since there is so much misinformation on the wheel sizes and offsets:

5 Spoke:

Available sizes:

FRONT: 8,5 X 19 ET 34
REAR: 10 X 19 ET 41
FRONT: 8 X 19 ET 33
REAR: 9 X 19 ET 44.5

Turbine Aluminum Wheels:

Available sizes:

FRONT: 8 X 18 ET 33
REAR: 9 X 19 ET 44,5

10 Spoke:

Available sizes:

FRONT: 8 X 18 ET 33
REAR: 9 X 19 ET 34

I presume that the first two are QV and the second two are base/Ti.
Does that mean that a square setup on the base/Ti with these rims uses the same rim front and rear, or that the 9x19 rims are used on the rear with a narrower tire mounted?

I wonder if the QV fronts can be fitted front and rear on a base/Ti Q4 to allow a square setup with wider tires?

Sorry to hijack this thread but i have a question?
i have the square set up
225s all around on my qv with 19" dark phonedial rims
Can i put 255's on?
That sounds like a lot of tire for the rim. Tire Rack is a good place to look up this question. Find the tire and it's size you want, and read the specs they offer. It will tell you the optimal and min/max rim size.
