EMEA references the Europe region which typically "may" have different part numbers. I wasn't able to find anything on google. A for sure place would be https://moparonlineparts.com/. Please note that this is not affiliated with the actual company Mopar. It's a private dealership based out of NY with a smart internet presence. Getting anything returned/replaced is a complete nightmare and they also charge an arm and maybe two legs.
Your best bet would be your local dealer. They typically have customer coupons available and if you're nice to the parts manager they might be able to give you a nice discount. You can also try through your actual sales rep that sold you the car, ultimately, they have a bit more "pull" with other departments and actually typically have a budget for these sorts of things.
At the end of the day, the aluminum surround you can do yourself but I'm not too certain about the shifter so may as well order it from the dealer that's going to install it If I have some free time tomorrow, I'll check with my dealer and post back updates.
My biggest problem with my 2017 Veloce is the shifter. Very interested to hear if it can be changed for the 2020 shifter, as I'd do that in a heartbeat. The flag trim is sexy as hell too.
My dealer didn't have 2020 Giulia part numbers available in their system but they did have Stelvio 2020. He went ahead and ordered the shifter and trim piece. We'll see how long they will take to get here and finally figure out if they can even install it lol I'll keep everyone posted in about 209,109 months.

My ride better make it to the cover of CD and Motorwhateveritscalled. I just really hate the stock shifter, I hate it more because i bought the real carbon piece and nobody for the life of them could get it on there including the dealer. So this better work

So, to my understanding, the current plastic trim can be removed. I thought only stickies were possible here. I am confident some aftermarket resellers will craft the 2020 aluminium/ with italian colors to mimike the MY2020 interior and by looking at the below aftermarket carbon clip on, fitment should look better then 3M'ed. IMO
I’m also very interested if the shifter can be swapped out. The new shift looks so much better. The old one also feels like it’s gonna slice my finger off with that rough edge. Haha.
Please note that in this video... (scroll to about 7:15)
...you can see that the stitching on the shifter is red, to match the rest of the trim of the interior of that particular Giulia.
That implies you'd need to order the correct trim color on the part. So if/when these things become available to retrofit our earlier model Giulias, we'll need not only the part number, but also the correct color code, or whatever, so that the shifter we order matches our Giulia's interior.

I'm Interested in this modification, if it turns out to be a straightforward job I can imagine a fair few owners will be doing the retrofit. I hope Alfa don't get wise to this and increase the price of the gear shifter. This happened with Mercedes when they found out that a large number of owners were buying and retrofitting the rear black plastic flicks for the A45 AMG, the price went from $98 a set to $491
When i ordered the shifter there was no color code available, i'm guessing the part numbers were not available. In fact, the part code between giulia 2.0/Q and Stelvio 2.0/Q is the same for auto trans. Maybe slowly part numbers will show up. As of now, still waiting for the shifter and plate.

contacted my dealer and was given a price around $850 CAD for the one with red stitching. If that is the case, i will hold back has i feel this is way to overpriced.
I just put the carbon fibre piece on my Giulia and made a huge difference to the look - recommended for those who are looking for a middle ground maybe?
