Installing FIAAM Riviera Dual air Horns

Has anyone here installed Air Horns on a new Giulia (2017-2019)?
Where is the stock horn located? How easy is it to get at?
I believe the stock horn already has a relay, so any replacement horn can use that relay.

I've looked at YouTube but no-one has posted anything regarding air horn installation on a Giulia.

All responses are greatly appreciated

I looked at this, but decided it was more work that it was worth. The horn is located, if I remember correctly, roughly behind the passenger headlight, and it does have a relay, according to @MacGeek .

Why? I’ve had my car 18 months and have blown the horn exactly 0 times.

Giulia has 2 horns. One on the outside edge of each of the front bumper support frames. To get at it the front fascia must be removed as well as the headlight next to each horn.

According to Fiamm the air horns are about 2dB louder and about 1/2 octave higher pitch than the "snail" horns. Air horns draw a lot of current (19A), so it is unwise to assume that the existing relay and wiring are adequate. An air horn with compressor weighs about 1 pound more than a pair of snail horns.

I'd blow mine more often if they were cool Italian air horns.

My old Fiaam horns in my 164 were insane loud. Loved them. They were OEM. I have two of them in a box. Hmmm. Maybe I should throw those in. Has anyone confirmed that the OEM are not Fiaam? The giulia horns are not that bad really!

Curious, the above picture of the horn positions does not match the picture from the service manual.

The OEM horns are definitely not air horns, but FIAMM makes many kinds of horns. I believe FIAMM is pretty much the only choice for air horns complete with compressor.

I'd like this to. I think someone last year noted space may be an issue. If you go to the Fiamm website you can find that they make all sort of forms....

Above pic is parts diagram so may or may not be accurate.

I understand OEM are NOT air horns but as mentioned maybe Fiaam. I have never pulled the bumper but noted that 164 had Fiaam so most likely these will too. I know Fiat 500's have them as I sold a few.

Yes they are the only real choice for air horns unless you cheap out and go with something chinese from a RV parts store.

I am sure something will fit but again seems like a lot of work for this. I think the horn is pretty satisfactory as far as horns go. I have used mine once, very sufficient. I just don't like the huge horn section instead of separate horn buttons say near my thumbs.
