Shame, and a missed opportunity to create additional goodwill, additional value in the used QV market and a good-news PR story. Maybe they will change their minds.

It’s obvious that FCA doesn’t plan on building the Alfa brand like Sergio had. Is what it is. Car sales don’t lie.

At least there is a good chance this is just a software update so even though they dont plan to offer it to older cars we may be able to get it anyway.

I looked at the Record Monza rear exhaust, a $995 option for the Fiat 124 Spider Abarth, and learned its "modes" are governed by a spring. Not impressed.

So I got my special delivery 2019 G Quadrifoglio a few days ago. Order was placed in the third week of Dec. 2018. It came sooner than I thought!!

I don't have a frame of reference regarding exhaust sound compared to previous models; but, there is a significant and unique growl in D mode compared to A or N in which case there is no growl. It's very similar to what I hear in R, but this kicks in a bit in higher rev/speed in D. So the question is if this is the case with 2017-18 models or this is something that got added to recent productions cars.

Fantastic car!!!!!

That's how D mode has always worked, flaps open around 3k rpm.
