FABSPEED MOTORSPORT | Giulia Quadrifoglio Performance Suite

Hey everybody,

My name is Alec Acuff, I’m a Performance Specialist at Fabspeed. We’re new to this forum so I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you a bit more about Fabspeed and what we have to offer for the Alfa Romeo community.

For over 25 years, Fabspeed has been engineering and manufacturing the world's finest high-performance exhaust systems and components for exotic cars from Porsche to McLaren. Our expertise is unmatched and it shows in everything that we do, from our dyno-proven performance products which provide an exhilarating driving experience to our Transferable Limited-Lifetime Warranty that offers the most extensive protection in the industry.

You can see a quick tour of our shop in the video below:

https://youtu.be/pYw5N24n5jk

We’re very excited to expand into the Alfa Romeo world and already have a lot of fun stuff in the works. We currently offer two products, but that is going to change soon.

Our Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Fabspeed ECU Tune is an in-house tuning solution that helps achieve maximum power without sacrificing drivability or reliability by optimizing the engine's air/fuel ratios, timing, boost pressure, and more.

We also offer tunes for other models, though on this configuration you can expect to see gains of +70 WHP and +90 ft/lbs of TQ.

We also offer a BMC F1 Replacement Air Filter which is a high-performance drop-in replacement for the factory air filter.

Proper airflow is crucial to an engine’s performance. When it comes to precisely engineered automobiles like the Alfa Romeo Giulia, every bit of optimization will help you get the most from your engine. The filter element itself is made of a washable cotton material that provides nearly 40% greater airflow than paper, enclosed in an alloy mesh screen which helps the filter keep its shape and protects against larger debris and dirt

Our products have been so successful for other vehicles such as Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini due to our use of the highest quality materials, prioritizing expert labor, and listening to the community.

We may be new the Alfa Romeo world, but we know a lot of you aren’t and would love to share in your knowledge. Feel free to comment below and let us know if there are some topics we should post about moving forward or if there are just some things you would like us to know. If you have questions of your own we’d love to hear them as well.

Thanks!

Will you offer remote tuning options for those not able to travel for a custom dyno tune?

Also curious if your ECU can optimize/incorporate typical bolt on mods like intakes/downpipes/exhaust/high-flow cats/etc.

Thanks for offering new tuning options for the QV!

Current: Tundra, 3GT
Past: GTI, Evo VIII, Mustang, Si, Evo X

Regarding product ideas, I’ve always wondered how feasible it would be to modify dash display code modules to add new features or just more configurability. Things such as MPH, gear indicator or shift lights in any DNA mode, graphical boost gauge, numerical oil temp, etc. Seems to me that a product like this would have broad appeal to buyers if it could be cleanly flashed.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

Jerry - we can absolutely tune the car here but we would need it for a week. Feel free to give me a call to discuss (267) 742-3047

Lowlight - yes, we can absolutely remotely tune the vehicle - you'd have to pull the ECUs and ship for us to flash and ship back.

Tune files are written custom for your application so we would take into account any and all modifications, what fuel etc. We will have our own HJS 200 Cell Sport Cat/Catbypass Downpipes available soon as well as our tuner owns a Quadrifoglio so we're pretty well versed with the application

Fabspeed is great, they are big in the BMW M community, i used to own a M5 F10.

How do we get access to the CAN as 2018+ models have SGW, any way to bypass that without a module?

Answered my own question. I'm not keen on mailing in the ecu, though.

EC Phase2 Tune
Centerline Corsa Exhaust, V2 Intake
Ceramic Coat with Clear Track Package
Carbon Fiber Wrap on lower Front, Rear and Side Rockers

Ducati Diavel Black Stealth

the OBDI days, when you actually got a chip in the mail (ala DINAN), opened the hood, lifted the plastic ECU cover, pulled the old one out and plugged the new one in....FINITO!!

You can upgrade the ECU remotely without sending it to them.
