There's hope yet!!

I got the below from Alfa Romeo Cares

This is Dayanara with Alfa Romeo Premium Care. I did receive your case and wanted to reach out to advise that this is a concern our Alfa Engineers are working on. As of today we do not have an update on how to repair this but we will keep your case open so that once we do receive an update we can reach out to you. Please feel free to reach out to me if anything further is needed. Thank you for choosing Alfa Romeo, have a great day.

Subject: Ride height information [ ref:_XXXX:ref ]

Good afternoon Serpent Feeder
I wanted to let you know that I spoke to my team about your ride height concern and I was advised that Alfa Techs are aware of the concern and they are looking into a repair for it.
Unfortunately, since the service bulletin is European it doesn't pertain to Alfa's here in the states.
North American Techs are looking into it to see if it can be adapted for vehicles here.
Hopefully this information helps.

Great news 2018 owners. I got this today from @AlfaRomeoCares

"I received update from our team that we do have parts for a repair. I have contacted the dealership to assure they have the information as well. They confirmed that they do and they will be contacting you to set up an appointment. Please let me know if you would like for me to continue to keep your case open while it is in service to have these parts installed. If so, I will just need to know the appointment date. Thank you for choosing Alfa Romeo, have a great day."

I received the same information last week; unfortunately, my dealer is telling me that there's a 5 month lead time on the parts. I'll be checking in with Alfa Cares on this tomorrow.

Hmm, I don't notice a difference. Divide 5 months into 15 minute intervals and I could install the KW ST springs and use my ramps everyone to avoid scraping. But only 5 months worth 😉 This week I am recovering from surgery.
