Yes, I was at my dealer a few days ago and the 2018's have the easy exit feature, just like your picture shows.

The service side wasn't very helpful. New owners, new staff. But you've posted the entire update number which will help a lot. Thanks.

Thanks for the info, I gotta go check it out asap. It has been quite annoying since the beginning.

I can confirm v81 is out already and have read v86+ and v90+ in Italian forums. At the beginning, Alfa didn't have their d/l site locked down so any of us could have d/l an updated version but apparently now it's locked. This is according to my ninja google translate skills in the italian forum.

Any news with updates?
Has anyone managed to update and access the option to deactivate the movement of the seat?

Upgrade to Sparcos and the problem goes away.

Launch a case with Alfa Romeo, best thing you can do. I've fought for my case to remain open until it's resolved and well... there's a little progress. They haven't figured out how to retrofit software updates in such a way that it's not a huge burden on dealers yet, that's part of the problem because updates require SW updates and re-programming of all impacted modules.

Bump to the top on this one. I have an 18 QV, without Sparco seats, and the easy exit feature does not exist. It is not in the menu to activate/de-activate and it simply does not happen at all. I have tried with multiple keys and multiple seat configurations to test it. It's not there. I wish I had this feature. Better to have and disable than to not have at all...

I don't have it either. Also an 18 QV.

I was told by AR that the capability to activate/deactivate the Easy Exit feature was introduced in cars built after April 2018. Mine is a Valentine's day Baby, and as such, doesn't have it. AR also says they can't retrofit it - which I find curious. I'm digging deeper.

Also, for those that don't experience the easy exit at all, you may have your seat far enough back where it doesn't trigger it.
